Thomas D. Cook, Esq. was born in Rochester
and raised in Pittsford, New York. He graduated from Denison University
in 1968. After graduation he joined the Marines and served in the
Vietnam War. He thereafter graduated from Syracuse University Law
School and was admitted to practice in New York State in 1974. For
a period of time, he solely prosecuted driving while intoxicated
cases for the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. Since 1978,
he has had a general practice of law and defends misdemeanor and
felony driving while intoxicated cases.
