Judith Sinclair, Esq. was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She graduated from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1987. In 1990, Judith Sinclair, Esq. graduated from Albany Law School, Union University. Thereafter, she was admitted to practice in New York State.
